Electrical Upgrade
This home underwent a comprehensive electrical upgrade to address outdated wiring and prepare the property for increased power usage, including EV charging and smart appliances. We replaced the old fuse-based panel with a modern 200 AMP breaker system. All circuits were re-evaluated and rewired with proper load balancing, and new GFCI and AFCI outlets were installed for safety. The upgrade included smart lighting controls, enhanced surge protection, and improved grounding to meet current code. Lighting throughout the home was replaced with energy-efficient recessed LEDs.
